维生素E可增强洋地黄的强心作用，使用此类药物的病人请慎用维生素E，以免发生洋地黄中毒；
影响吸收的药物如新霉素，会影响人体对维生素E的吸收，因此同时服用可能会降低两者的药物作用；
长期大剂量(每天用量超过400mg)服用维生素E，特别是与雌激素合用，可以诱发血栓性静脉 炎，应给予警惕；
本产品不能替代药品和均衡、多样的饮食和健康生活方式；
