GO Hair Skin Nails Plus 1-A-Day contains the nutrients Biotin, Silicon and Zinc to support and maintain hair, skin and nail health, and Vitamin C to support collagen formation. The mineral Selenium acts as an antioxidant to reduce free radicals formed in the body, and helps reduce free radical damage to body cells.

Warnings
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
