General Information
GO Healthy GO Iron + Vitamin C 1-A-Day helps prevent dietary iron deficiency.
GO Iron + Vitamin C 1-A-Day contains the mineral iron to help prevent dietary iron deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate. Iron is used to help oxygen transport to body tissues, assist in healthy red blood cell production and support energy levels. Vitamin C is included to support absorption of dietary iron.
