Active Ingredients: ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: Lavender oil 20 mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. 150 mg, derived from dry flowering and fruiting herb 750 mg, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. 150 mg, derived from dry root min. 1.5 g (1500 mg), std. to contain withanolides 3.75 mg.

Directions

Adults - Take 2 tablets daily in the evening at least 1 hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
