It contains Tribulus terrestris, an aphrodisiac herb which enhances a healthy libido and supports healthy sexual function, and Ginseng which relieves tiredness and reduces the symptoms of stress.

Menopause EZE™ Cool & Calm also contains Vitamin D3 which helps the body to absorb calcium and maintain bone strength and density. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.

Directions
