General Information

Berberine is a bioactive alkaloid sourced from the roots of Berberis aristata, a plant belonging to the Barberry family. Caruso's Berberine 500 contains a
standardised extract of berberine. It helps maintain healthy blood sugar and assists sugar and carbohydrate metabolism. Berberine is also used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help protect the liver and support bile flow.

Directions
