The combination of Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 in Caruso’s K2+D3+Magnesium supports the absorption and metabolism of calcium by your bones, helping to enhance bone health, bone strength and bone density. Vitamin K2 plays a role in the activation of a bone-building protein called osteocalcin which helps to incorporate calcium into bones. Vitamin D3 helps your body to absorb dietary calcium and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Vitamin D3 also supports the production of osteocalcin.
