GO Selenium 150mcg 1-A-Day contains the mineral selenium which acts as an antioxidant to help reduce free radical damage to body cells. Selenium supports healthy immune system function, maintains healthy thyroid gland function and supports general health and wellbeing.

Warnings

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if cap seal or if inner seal is missing, torn or broken.
