Mega Magnesium Night features Meta Mag®, an exclusive and easily absorbed form of magnesium. This scientifically formulated magnesium and passionflower combination provides a multi-action effect that can:

Passionflower has been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to help relieve restless sleep during times of stress. Stress can make it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep and can affect the quality of sleep.

Directions
