Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), also known as dimethyl sulfone, is an organic compound that provides approximately 34% elemental sulfur. Compounds containing sulfur are found in all body cells and are indispensable for life. Sulfur is an important mineral to support the structural integrity of cartilage and skin. Ginger has a long history of herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory. The combination of ingredients in Henry Blooms MSM 750 with Ginger & Devil’s Claw help to reduce exercise induced muscle pain and may aid recovery from sporting injuries.
